BREAKING: Dumb faggot lets off shot in Minneapolis city hall

A few moments ago, we have confirmation that one man has been arrested in Minneapolis, Minnesota's city hall for firing off a shot. Nobody has been hurt and the suspect has been apprehended, but no motive has been given, and it could all just be some dumb mistake.

However, there has been NO images released at all, which is odd as the city hall does not have hidden exits and an alert would cause panic, especially in a Monday afternoon right as all the politicians are heading home.

Minneapolis is 18% Black and 10% Brown. It's incumbent Mayor is a woman who cannot seem to be elected twice in a row.
